1 cup uncooked, long grain rice

1/4 cup fresh lime juice

Coconut Lime Rice

How to Make It

In a large sauce pan, add the Coconut Chicken Bone Broth and rice.

Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer according to package directions, stirring occasionally. Usually about 20 minutes.

When rice is cooked, add lime juice and stir to combine. Serve immediately.
