Makes: 4 burgers


  • 1 lb. ground lamb
  • 2 Tbsp. Organic Chimi-Verde, plus 2 tsp.
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 4 oz. soft goat cheese
  • 4 hamburger buns, toasted
  • lettuce leaves, sliced cucumber, and pickled red onion

Green Goat Cheese Lamb Burgers with Organic Chimi-Verde

How to Make It

Heat the grill to medium-high heat. In a medium bowl, mix lamb, 2 Tbsp. Organic Chimi-Verde, salt and pepper with clean hands. Shape into 4 patties about 1/2 inch thick and slightly thinner in the middle.

Grill about 4 minutes or until juices just start to rise to the top. Turn and cook an additional 4 minutes for medium.

Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mash the goat cheese with the remaining 2 tsp. Organic Chimi-Verde.

To serve, place burgers on buns and top with goat cheese and veggies as desired.
